This French forged bread knife, Aguacejo Model, has a micro-serrated blade that is ideal for cutting and tearing the fibres of bread with a very good presentation. This bread knife is widely used at breakfast to cut the toast bread, as well as in restaurants where buffet breakfasts are served with large quantities of bread to make toasts, French toasts or sandwiches, etc. The length and thickness of the knife allow you to cut slices of bread effortlessly and safely. A differentiating characteristic of this knife is the bolster, as it joins the handle and the tang in a single piece. This reinforcement located between the blade and the handle is used as a trim and hand protector so as to prevent cuts if the knife slips. The bread knife consists of a blade made of stainless steel 5cr15MoV with a thickness of 2.5mm; a stylishly designed handle with rigidity, toughness and extraordinary resistance to wear, that has a stainless steel butt at the end of the knife. The handle is made of POM with polished matt finish. The rivets are made of stainless steel that are highly resistant to corrosion. These are composed of 2 parts: one male and other female, and permanently fix the handle to the blade. Available in red.
